Mixing internal and external hosts in PBXSync federation

We have created a federation of 15 PBXSync hosts. All of the PBXSync hosts on internal networks work fine, but we have one external host that can't connected to the internal hosts. Since the internal hosts have internal (private) IP addresses, how will the external PBXSync host ever connect to the i...

Test email alert from node

I would like to test the email alert functionality of my HAAst installation, without having to create a critical/failover situation. Does HAAst have the ability to send a test alert email on demand?

How long to get a license

We are installing HAAst into a live call center tomorrow, one node at a time. We can't move on to node #2 until node #1 is complete, which means the installation team will be idle while we wait for each node's file license to arrive. How long does it take for the license file to arrive after we have...

How to configure AWS based cluster for shared VoIP NIC

I want to setup my cluster to run on AWS Lightsail in the same AWS region. I'm new to AWS but have a reasonable understanding of networking. Will you set this up for me, or tell me how to do it? I want to share a single VoIP IP address between nodes.
