Overview

Telium’s OEM partner program offers original equipment manufacturers and high volume customers access to the industry’s premium High Availability for Asterisk (HAast), High Availability for FreeSWITCH (HAfs), High Availability Switch Module (HAsm), Asterisk farm synchronization (PBXsync), Security for Asterisk (SECast), and Security Data (SECdata) solutions at discounted prices and/or with exclusive features. This flexible program adjusts to the needs of each partner, increasing the value of the OEM’s product offerings and maximizing OEM margins.

Fees

  • One-time fee to join OEM program of $2M USD
  • Optional additional one-time fee to access sublicensed features**

Trial Feature Access

Telium is pleased to make available selected OEM features for customers to try before committing to OEM membership.  Access to these features requires a one-time non-refundable fee (which will be applied to the OEM membership fee if customer decides to join), and may require signing a trial license agreement (depending on features requested).  Access to features requiring an additional (sub) license on a trial basis are available to OEM members only; they are not available to non-members.

Trial features will be made available using full (unrestricted) licenses for a negotiated period of time, and these licenses must use cloud activation in order for Telium to retain control of the trial licenses.

Note: Customers who joined the OEM program prior to April 1 2025 retain access to most OEM products and features at no additional cost, so long as they remain in the program.  Customers who joined after that date did so at a lower entry fee, but may have to purchase additional rights to certain OEM products and features.
