Overview

Telium’s OEM partner program offers integrators, original equipment manufacturers, and high volume customers access to the industry’s premium High Availability for Asterisk (HAast), High Availability for FreeSWITCH (HAfs), High Availability Switch Module (HAsm), Asterisk farm synchronization (PBXsync), Security for Asterisk (SECast), and Security Data (SECdata) solutions with exclusive features and/or volume discounts. This flexible program adjusts to the needs of each partner, allowing them to create sophisticated solutions with fair margins.

Fees

  • One-time partner fee of $1M USD, or purchase history of 200 unlimited edition licenses
  • Optional additional one-time fee to access sublicensed features**
  • Optional additional annual license fee or volume commitments to access selected Telium owned features***

Trial Feature Access

Telium is pleased to make available selected OEM features for customers to try before committing to OEM membership.  Access to these features requires a one-time non-refundable fee (which will be applied to the OEM membership fee if customer decides to join), and may require signing a trial license agreement (depending on features requested).  Access to features requiring a sub-license on a trial basis may be made available to OEM members only; they are not available to non-members.

Trial features will be made available using full (unrestricted) licenses for a negotiated period of time, and these licenses must use cloud activation in order for Telium to retain control of the trial licenses.
